Original Air Date: July 15, 1975

At the hospital, Mary apologizes for giving Jack such a hard time earlier, then tells him that the envelope with $6,500 they found in Frank's pocket is missing.  She asks Jack to help keep the reporters out of it until they can find out what happened.  She doesn't think Frank fell down the stairs.  Jack says he'll do what he can.
 
 
 

Mary and Maeve talk at Frank's bedside.  Mary tells her she thinks Jack will write a good story about Frank.  Maeve says she'd give anything if Frank would just open his eyes.  She knows Frank will be okay, because nothing is finished and Frank never left a job before it was finished.  Mary comforts Maeve and convinces her they should go home and rest a while.
