After finding out that in order to begin getting the annulment, he has to start divorce proceedings.  Jack goes to see the same lawyer Delia used to fight her divorce with Frank.  She tells him that he will have to prove cruel and inhuman treatment on Mary's part.  She draws up a general complaint to get the ball rolling.
